We use tracked, discreet packaging. While we aim to meet delivery timescales, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other third-party couriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns for prescription medications under UK pharmaceutical regulations.
